Project Overview
Hospitals are places where high-density populations gather and there is a high risk of cross infection, with extremely high requirements for air cleanliness. The project aims to provide professional level air purification and sterilization solutions for key areas such as outpatient clinics, wards, operating rooms, and waiting areas in hospitals. Through efficient filtration, antibacterial deodorization, intelligent control, and other means, it effectively reduces the risk of air transmission and ensures the respiratory health and medical safety of medical staff.
Challenges
- High risk of bacterial and viral transmission: The air in hospitals may carry bacteria, viruses, and droplets, posing a significant risk of cross infection.
- Medical facilities require high cleanliness levels: ICU, operating rooms, wards and other areas have strict standards for air cleanliness, temperature and humidity.
- Odor and residual disinfectant gases: Complex odors such as drugs, cleaning agents, and body odor can easily cause discomfort and psychological resistance.
- Difficulty in unified management of multiple regions and purposes: The hospital’s various regions are widely distributed and have different purposes, making it difficult to deploy and monitor equipment uniformly.
- High requirements for operational stability and maintenance reliability: Medical environments require equipment to operate stably for a long time, with low failure rates and easy maintenance.
Solution
- Medical grade HEPA purification system: using H13/H14 high-efficiency HEPA filters to filter ≥ 99.97% of bacteria, viruses, and suspended particles.
- UV-C+negative ion dual sterilization: equipped with ultraviolet sterilization and negative ion modules, achieving physical antibacterial and continuous purification.
- Antibacterial deodorization and purification structure design: equipped with medical grade activated carbon and antibacterial coating components, effectively adsorbing residual gases and odors.
- Intelligent partition management system: Each area is equipped with independent control terminals, and the centralized platform can remotely monitor air quality and equipment status.
- 24/7 operation and filter life reminder: All equipment supports continuous operation for 7 × 24 hours and has a filter life and maintenance reminder system.
