Project Overview

Restaurants, as densely populated spaces with high incidence of cooking fumes and odors, have extremely high requirements for air quality. A good air environment not only directly affects the dining experience of customers, but also relates to food safety and brand image. This project aims to comprehensively improve the air quality in the restaurant by deploying dedicated air purifiers, deodorization systems, and intelligent fragrance equipment, creating a clean, comfortable, and odor free dining environment, and enhancing customer satisfaction and return rates.

Challenges

  1. Difficulty in spreading and eliminating the odor of oil fumes: Open kitchens, barbecue areas, and other high-temperature work areas have a strong odor, which affects the overall dining experience.
  2. Concentrated pedestrian flow and significant fluctuations in air quality: During peak hours, restaurants are crowded with people, and the concentrations of carbon dioxide, moisture, and bacteria rise sharply.
  3. The dining space needs to be quiet and interference free: the purification equipment needs to operate efficiently while maintaining low noise and not interfering with customers’ dining.
  4. The decoration style is diverse, and the equipment needs to integrate spatial aesthetics: restaurants have aesthetic requirements for the appearance of equipment, and purifiers cannot affect the overall decoration style.
  5. Restaurant operations are busy, and equipment needs to be easy to manage and maintain: Operators need to quickly control the status of purification equipment, with simple maintenance and intelligent reminders essential.

Solution

  1. Deployment of catering specific deodorization purifier: adopting a multi-stage filter+activated carbon combination design, effectively removing oil fume particles, odors, and volatile organic compounds (TVOC).
  2. Intelligent air quality monitoring linkage: automatic start stop and load adjustment are achieved through PM2.5/CO2/odor monitoring system, which is energy-saving and efficient.
  3. Low noise and silent design, no disturbance during operation: All equipment noise is controlled between 35-45dB to ensure no significant noise interference during dining.
  4. Multiple installation methods, integrated into restaurant style: providing embedded, wall mounted, floor standing and other forms to match different decoration scenarios.
  5. Mobile APP remote control+automatic reminder: achieve remote one click operation, filter replacement reminder, visual operation status, and improve management efficiency.
